RETURNS

Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. If for any reason you decide not to keep your purchase, you may exchange it or receive a refund as long as it unaltered and in its original condition. This policy does not apply to custom designed jewelry, lay-aways or special orders. You must contact us prior to shipping items that are being returned to receive your return authorization code. Shipped items must be returned to us via registered and insured US mail.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, re-sized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. We will issue a refund from our office within 14 days of your return OR you may apply the amount to a London Gold In-Store Credit.

Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
All items must be returned in the original containers.

Please make note of why the item is being returned. You can simply write this on the form you include inside the package.
The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories.
Package the item securely so as to avoid damage during shipping. If you are returning an item of significant value, we recommend that you insure it against loss or damage.

London Gold will gladly exchange your purchase for at least an equal dollar amount within 10 days of your original purchase date.

Your Choices

Submitting Personal Information

If you do not want to submit Personal Information that is necessary to provide or use our Sites and/or Services or to fulfill your request, you will not be able to access and/or participate in certain London Gold Sites and/or Services. For example, you will not be able to register for an account with us or participate in certain contests or promotions, or access and/or use certain London Gold product features or online services. Editing Personal Information

Marketing Choices

Account Deletion

If you submit Personal Information, you may delete your account with us at any time. If you delete your account, your Personal Information and any and all other account related information including, but not limited to, user profile data, purchasing history, sharing data and any other data, credits, or content specifically associated with your account are also permanently deleted. Deletion of your data may take up to 30 days from accessible systems and up to 90 days from backup systems. If you choose to have an account with us in the future, you will have to sign up for a new account as none of the information you previously provided or saved within your account will have been saved.

Security

We take reasonable measures, including the implementation and maintenance of physical, electronic, and managerial procedures, in an effort to assure the security, integrity, and accuracy of all Personal Information that we collect. Our efforts include procedures designed to avoid unauthorized access, alteration, misuse or disclosure of Personal Information.
