London Gold is proud to provide you with our diamond trade-up policy. You may trade your London Gold diamond jewelry and receive up to the full original purchase price (less any taxes and setting charges), provided that the new diamond jewelry purchase equals or exceeds the trade-in price by at least double the original purchase price. Along with all of your original documents, your trade-in diamonds and setting must be in the same condition as they were at the time of purchase.
Trade-up Policy applies only to jewelry in which all of the stones are diamonds. Any other jewelry containing a mixture of diamonds and other gemstones must be evaluated for an adjusted trade-in value. There is no trade-up available for lab-grown diamonds.
All sales of Estate jewelry are final and are not eligible for trade-up.
This Trade-Up Policy is not transferrable, assignable, or covered if jewelry is re-sold to a third party.
